At Sprout, we believe that sustainable health outcomes require increased knowledge, behaviour change, motivation and practical and realistic nutrition and food advice. This is why we have created Sprout Nutrition and Cooking Programs.
Sprout Nutrition and Cooking Programs educate and motivate participants in a non-intimidating environment. We draw on the positive effects of a supportive group environment where participants can share their experiences and advice, the nutrition counselling skills of our Accredited Practising Dietitians in private consults, and our highly regarded hands on cooking classes to to create and sustain healthy lifestyle change. This innovative initiative has been created through recognition that nutrition education needs to evolve to meet the growing needs of people living in Australia.
Sprout Nutrition and Cooking Programs consist of:
1 x Initial private assessment with a Sprout dietitian,
4 x Group education sessions facilitated by a Sprout dietitian,
1 x Hands-on cooking class (with a Sprout dietitian and Sprout chef), and
1 x Final review consult with a Sprout dietitian.

Enrolment and fees:
The total cost of Sprout Nutrition and Cooking Programs is only $375 before health rebates.
Fees payable in 3 x $125 instalments, or
Pay in full before program commencement to receive a $45 discount ($330 total fee).
Medicare rebates are available for programs targeting chronic health
conditions such as Type 2 diabetes and weight loss when a participant enrolment form is accompanied by a Chronic Disease Management Plan or Diabetes Management plan created by a General Practitioner.
Private health fund rebates may be available for nutrition services depending on your level of insurance.
